The Reviews Issue
I think most of you contributors will agree that it is frustrating to see numerous hits indicating your work has been read and yet zero reviews. Sometimes, we may read a piece and find it so ordinary we see no reason to comment and post a review. (unless it's a friend or someone we like)
I was reminiscing on this site and came across a poem I wrote several years ago entitled "Please Read my Poem Again." I noticed a recent review I had never seen before. I thought it was an intelligent review compared to some of the previous ones for this piece. You may want to read some of the reviews for this entry and see what I mean. But I agree, that we all should try to write reviews for works we find interesting enough to read. For some of you, it will give you the satisfaction that someone cared enough about what you wrote to review it. For others, it may be a rude awakening, but also helpful.
