My Grandma
Ryan Emerson
My Grandma
My Grandma is one of the nicest, most interesting people I know. She is a very busy person and is capable of doing anything she wants including rowing her boat out a mile to catch crabs. She is also one of the most social people I have ever met. She has parties with friends and goes golfing with the mayor. She also owns her own knitting shop were she makes everything and tries to sell it. My grandma is the busiest person in her small town of Coupeville.
M y Grandma�s favorite thing to do is to knit. She owns her own store which sells scarves, mittens, and stuffed animals, etc. These things are all made by her or her helpers. Often she makes my family things. Last year she made us all really comfortable slippers for Christmas. Sometimes she looks like a machine when she is knitting because of her skill and experience. Those are the reasons my grandma likes knitting and why I envy her.
I also know my grandma is very social. Sometimes she goes golfing with the mayor who is one of her best friends. When we visit her almost everyone we see says hi to my grandma. She also goes out to dinner with them very often. Every time she comes and visits us she has some wild story to tell us about something she did with her friends.
My grandma likes to row her boat out every day to check her crab pot to see if she has any. I think that makes her some what athletic because that would be hard to row out and pull up a thing then row back. Whenever we are there all we eat is crab but that�s all right with me because that is one of my favorite foods.
My Grandma is 69 years old and still making the best out of every day. I love my grandma and love going to visit her because she always brightens up my day.
