Blacklord - Part 2
Andrzej Podlewski

Thirty days have passed since Aanahe’s coronation. Although she was possessed nobody knew about that. Her actions led to the death of the five Lords, enslavement of the people and destroying everything she thought was beautiful. Time of evil darkness came. The only kingdom still standing was the Kingdom of Eternal Night. Aanahe had special plans for it, she wanted to personally lead the attack. On the 100th day of the year, the day of the Superior Moon, Aanahe’s army attacked. To her surprise her army hasn’t seen anyone all the way to Eyesaata castle. It was as if all of the inhabitant disappeared. Aanahe entered the castle and went straight to the throne room, it seemed she knew the way by heart. She told her men to stand outside, she entered the room alone. Aanahe locked the door behind her, turned around and smiled with an evil grim.
- Hello old friend!
- Tell me what name do you use now, Blackwing, Veit or maybe you created a new one?
- So you recognize me, that’s so sweet of you, after all these years.
- Oh stop talking nonsense and get to the point, you came to kill me, so do it.
- Are you the anxious one – Aanahe smiled once more and continued, now speaking with the male voice – I will kill you Nightstar but after I torment your body and soul in the Abyss.
- You never could thing off of anything original, I know it’s a typical question in such a situation, but I’ll ask it anyway, why did you posses Aanahe, wouldn’t it be easier just to kill her?
- That would be too easy, I need her to gain access to the Crystal of Creation.
- Don’t tell me you want to try the same thing over again.
- If it was the same you would be standing by my side, remember?
- Oh yes, how could I forget, you were the weak, useless ruler, I was the strong, respected general of the Infernal Army.
- Overconfident as usual, tell me is it really better to serve this little girl than to be a great conqueror?
- Who said I serve her, I became a Crystalian just to be able to do what I always wanted, what we all always wanted, I became a Crystalian to make art.
- Art? A warrior who prefers kid’s play is no warrior!
- Yet you entered my throne room with fear in your eyes.
- But now the fear is over, you lost general, it’s time to feel pain.
Blackwing lifted his hand and the room started filling with blood, everything that was not covered by it started burning.
- Are you still confidante general? – Asked Blackwing with a sense of triumph in his voice.
- I am, even more than before – replied Corbett
Blackwing looked a little puzzled but than he realized – Corbett wasn’t in the throne room, he wasn’t even in the Kingdom. All this time Blackwing was talking to an illusion.
- Oh you’re good Corbett, but I will find you, find you and destroy you, you hear me, I will destroy you!
