Beyond Earthly Despair
Alberto Pupo

Hollow is my demand.
Desperate are those who listen.
Suicide at my command.
Lights dim sweat glistens.

Thirsty is the keeper.
Tirelessly watching over time.
Thinking slightly deeper.
A notch above Earthly swine.

In a meeting place beyond
Where the roads merge.
Lacking identity no one belongs.
Avoiding the dark tidal surge.

Take my life in a box.
Take my life into your hands.
