Just A Kiss
Skyler Drevan

The way you felt about me was so obvious
You made me feel like there was no one else
But then there was a time when all that changed
As we grew older things were rearranged

I am still lost wondering what went wrong
Ive searched and asked but still I long
I wish to learn what has rang true
I wish to learn whats left between me and you

The affection was never a problem before
Now I am left here craving for more
Normally I would just let this be
But I fear I am growing unhappy

When were alone you crave my attention
When were out, I beg you to listen
That night in the club I felt so alone
What would have been if he took me home?

All I want is for some affection
Show the world our love regardless of their reaction
But I know from you I may never get satisfaction
I see so clearly in your discarded action

Next time I know just how to make it through
Perhaps I will go out without you
When youre alone I hope you will miss
All I ever asked for was just a kiss
