Tommorow. Tommorow we would be like everyone else. Tommorow we just wouldn't be a normal day at school. Tommorow was going to be exciting. The day came. She pulled out the bottles. It's 650 A.M and we are at the bus stop. The bus doesn't come for another 15 minutes. I take out the sprite and water bottles. Mix. The drink is made. What is it? Even she doesn't know. Sprite, Malibu, Vodka? Maybe mixing wasn't such a good idea. The first sip. It's nasty. The house is a few yards away. An idea. Run back to the house and get juice to make the drink go down easier. She runs to the house. Everything is fuzzy and her mind is racing. Shes affected already? She runs back to the stop. Finishes her drink and some of her friends. They calculate how much they drank. 6 shots each, easily. The bus comes. They put on thier headphones. Dancing to every song. "I can smell it" says someone. We don't care though. School. Everyone noticed. Only she was drunk. Then a blank. She wakes up. The hospital. She looks down. Hooked up to an IV. Bruises on her arms from having blood taken. This has to be a dream she tells herself. It's not. She looks at the clock. It's 1 pm. Why is she here? She goes home. The stories start. "You threw up in first period." "You couldn't open your own locker." "The nurse had to call 911 you were throwing up so much" "You were taken away in an ambulance" "6 days suspension" How did this happen to her? Why couldn't she rememeber. A flash back. She was walking down the halls in school. No one else was there. She was a lone in the school. She knew this wasn't real but thats what it seemed like. Embarressed. She was not supposed to mess up. In her parents eyes she was perfect. Not anymore. Friends parents? What would they say. Would she be allowed to hang out with her friends still? A paper comes in the mail. Court. What will happen? Juvenille Hall? No. Shes told the worst to happen would be probation. Thank goodness shes a minor. She asks herself. Why? Why did I do it? The answer. To be different, or to be like everyone else. This was the cool thing to do. Go to school under the influence. It was Pressure.
