�P�s PHILOSOPHY�
~Men marry a woman hoping that her attitude and zest for life will never change! Women marry men hoping that everything about him will change.~
~Men don�t want to change and they resent women for attempting to force it on them.~
~Men search for an independent woman with her own life. They find independent, sassy, feisty, and adventurous women more desirable.~
~Although men find sassy, independent woman desirable they admit to often feeling intimidated by them when in a relationship. They are okay with feeling intimidated a little bit, because they assume the woman will be better in bed.~
~Men would like us to express our wants and needs in a direct manner. Hinting around, using guilt tactics, nagging, or emotions does not work!~
~We may not think that we nag our man, but telling him to do something appears as if it�s nagging. Ask instead of tell.~
After interviewing several men I present in a microcosm what their answers reveal about the male perspective. All interviews were conducted informally in a relaxed environment, in men�s �territory� and all were asked the same questions. My perspective is based on this sample of 30 professionally employed men, 10 between the ages of 21 and 29, single, and non-homeowners; 10 between the ages of 29 and 45, married, with children and homeowners; and 10 between the ages of 29 and 55, divorced or never married, without children and homeowners.
1. What do you find sexy about your girlfriend or wife?
Personality, sassy attitude, feistiness, independence, smile, the way her body moves when she goes about her daily routine.
2. What is our biggest fear regarding marriage?
Divorce! Second place was woman changing after marriage. Men don�t mind minor changes but they don�t want us to lose interest in our own life or in sex, or to change our personality.
3. What should a woman do to secure our long term interest?
Never be boring! Never nag! Never be bossy!
Never have unrealistic expectations of us! Never take away our freedom to be men! Let us golf, bowl, hunt, fish, or pursue the hobbies we enjoy.
Keep sex interesting and maintain a desire to have sex!
4. Why do men cheat?
The feeling of being emasculated by their woman.
Being nagged constantly.
Lack of sex.
The need to still feel desirable.
The adrenaline rush from the risk of getting caught.
5. Why do men lie and break promises?
Fear of rejection, of commitment, of change, of marriage, of divorce, of losing material things, that if a woman knows the man inside that won�t be accepted. Men mean what they say at the time but when fear sets in, their thinking is paralyzed and they often change their mind.
6. Why do men distance themselves?
Fear of feeling emotions. They make a decision, justify it, and follow through. They neglect to tell women because they are afraid of an emotional response.
7. What is your biggest pet-peeve about women?
Nagging, mood swings, and when they don�t enjoy sex.
8. How long should a woman make a man wait to have sex?
As long as she can! Men will not even consider a long term relationship if a woman has sex within the first three months. Let him know that you are interested, but don�t tease him. He won�t mind waiting if he is really interested in you.
