Lost....Again....

So�.Here I am�
Lost Again.
Something I thought I left behind in my adolescence.
Fear�
Consumes me�
Controls me�.
For I do not know where I�m headed and cannot recall where I came from�
Or if I�m even wanted or welcomed back home�
Lost�
Again�
You would think,
That as one matures and reaches adulthood,
They would find direction�
You would think�
But all I�ve come to understand,
Is that I�m directionally challenged�
And life doesn�t come with instructions�
Or a G.P.S�
I�ve made moves�
Wandered around aimlessly�
In a daze�
When I finally broke out of that haze�.
Confusion�
Disorientation�
I discovered how far I�ve traveled from home�
With no North Star to guide me
I�m forced to play at life with the hand I was dealt�
Unbeknownst to all�
I have an Ace up my sleeve�
And it�s called Hope�
Pair that with blind unwavering Faith
And you can say that the cards are stacked in my favor�
Life is a gamble�
But it�s worth the risk�
