My Fathers Eyes
Skyler Drevan

When I look into my fathers eyes
What do you think I see?
I thought there was a place in there
A special place just for me
My father has never been there
Nor has he even cared
All I ask for was his love
I am not surprised
That now when I look into my fathers failing eyes
He asks for help to keep him alive
