ABOUT
THE AUTHOR
Writing poetry should come from the heart. The words should just flow out without hesitation, and without a process of thinking and re-thinking. Write exactly what you see and feel. That in my humble opinion, is true emotion. That is pure poetry. I have been writing for several years now, and I really enjoy it. I like to write what I feel. I believe that writing poetry is inside everyone. It is a very basic instinct to express your thoughts to others. Some like to talk, while others (like myself), prefer to remain quiet, and then put their emotions down on paper. [December 1999]
AUTHOR'S OTHER TITLES (2) Emotions (Poetry) This was written as a reminder that you should always think of "the other guy" when you have a problem. You need to look at issues from both sides. Now everybody yell and everybody scream because the one in charge has given us a dream He taught us how to love and how to give our heart he told us that we should right from the very start He said it's fine to grieve and to show our fear and taught us when we cry it is much more than a tear There is nothing in this world that he did not create you see him everywhere so never make him wait He gave us things us of joy he gave us times of sad but that shouldn't make you angry don't let it get you mad He is trying to prove his point with his master plan it works for every child every woman every man So everybody sing and everybody smile because we got this chance to make it last a while
