There is to much heartache,
And to much sadness,
It get's replaced with the iron fist,
That control's our madness,
But what have we created,
From the ashes that were left to burn,
From another step in evolution,
Like we que for our turn,
Rise above the clouds,
And open our minds to the full,
Don't be tempted by religion, or hate,
Don't feel that un-nerving pull,
Offer yourself to the gods as you are,
As these clouds clear that path for you,
Mix it up and get inside,
But avoid hatred's stew,
Loving life is a hard task to complete,
Our feelings of confusion,
Are the skinless bone that was once meat,
But i don't care,
That's all we ever think,
This meat has turned sour,
And we all can smell the stink,
The darkness shall befoul us,
And the rain's will come again,
Our feelings of confusion,
Are the last memory,
In this sty of a pen.
