People Don't Take Time To Climb Trees Anymore

People do not take time to climb trees anymore. When you are young, you climb trees all the time, but adults do not take time to climb trees anymore. Climbing trees was a part of you, it was who you were. Sure people are busy with work and family but everyone should take time to climb trees.
The benefits of tree climbing are numerous. First of all, it gives you exercise and we all know how much we need exercise. What better way to get those muscles moving than on an adventure up a tree? Second, it makes you happy. Just the simple act of climbing a tree will make you happy. The mixture of having conquered the tree with the joy of the view will get those endorphins flowing. Third, it is relaxing. Once you reach the top, you can just sit there and relax. You can think about fairy tales and not be bothered by others or even yourself. You can imagine you are someone else and get lost in a daydream. Finally, it will make the tree happy. Trees like company and climbing it makes the tree overjoyed. This will make the tree flourish and we benefit from its health.
The best thing about climbing trees is how it makes you feel. The excitement that will run through your veins will have you running back for more. The relaxation of sitting at the top of the tree rivals the meditation of monks. Your over all sense of well-being will improve by simply climbing a tree.
It doesn't have to be a big tree and you don't have to climb to the top. It is whichever tree calls to you. And whichever branch fits you just right. But as it calls to you make sure to make time for it because nothing is worse than a lonely tree.
