A shower of hard nuts and fruit pelted down upon Mahadaraya, and the cub cried out, leaping forward to avoid the onslaught. The monkey tribe whooped and swung in the trees above her, flinging twigs, branches, anything they could set their hands upon. "Go from our forest!" the beasts shrieked at the tigercub. "You hunt us and eat us and now you believe you can take over our trees. Never!" The tribe screamed and cast insults at the running cub....to be continued....
